In April 2025, ARNANO received a new PVD machine: the Alliance Concept AC450CT.
Its multi-target system enables the deposition of metallic thin films of various types. Aluminum (Al), copper (Cu), gold (Au), 5N gold, chromium (Cr), titanium nitride (TiN), and tungsten (W) can now be deposited on your parts or wafers up to 200 mm in diameter.

In synergy with ARNANO’s structuring technologies (photolithography and etching), this PVD machine further expands the company’s range of advanced techniques.
